An Tobar Nua Counselling Service is a charity based counselling service in the heart of Galway City. Our aim is to make counselling accessible and available within the community by removing the barrier of costly therapy. We aim to support and assist people in overcoming life’s challenges as they move towards healing and positive change. An Tobar Nua Counselling Service’s qualified counsellors offer professional, confidential and non-judgmental one to one counselling to adults (18+).

Our counsellors are trained in an integrative therapeutic model that incorporates Psychodynamic, Person Centred and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
